Fashion Outside the Lanes
There are some photoshoots that catch me in moments I like to sit in for a minute. This was one of those. I’ve shot with Brianna, owner of Altitude here in Jackson Hole, for almost a few years now, and we truly have to get creative for our shoot locations in the springtime. We’re typically shooting summer fashion while there’s still feet of snow outside, so outdoor shoots are out of the question.
I haven’t visited The Elks bowling alley in some years, but it ran across my mind while I was brainstorming. I knew I just had to make it happen. So I did. And boy am I so happy it worked out.
This is probably my favorite fashion photoshoot to date. My collaborations with Brianna are always fun & exciting so I knew it would be great, but I didn’t realize how great until I started looking through images on the back of my camera while we were shooting. If you’re a photographer, you know the feeling of being mid-shoot & just absolutely knowing you’re nailing your vision. There’s nothing that beats it in our profession.
So here I am! Creating my first blog post from my favorite fashion photoshoot yet. I hope you enjoy!
